Chocolate Cake Ever
1 box deluxe
devil's food cake mix
1 cup water
1 cup whole
milk ricotta cheese
1/2 cup
vegetable oil
2 eggs
Preheat oven
to 350
Grease pan
Mix all
ingredients on low for 1 minute, scrape bowl, mix on medium
for another 2
minutes
Pour batter
into a 9 X 15 pan
Bake for 30-35
min
Frosting
12 ounce
chocolate
1 cup sour
cream
Melt the
chocolate over simmering water until smooth.
Let cool to
room temperature.
Whisk 1 cup
sour cream into cooled melted chocolate.
Frost cake.
This cake is
nothing but pure deliciousness.
It is so moist,
it will fall
apart when you cut it.

ReplyDeleteRicotta cheese? Petie, I trust you because you know all things cooking, but ricotta cheese sounds questionable in a cake. ;) Does this just make it a fancy dancy sort of cheese cake?
