My Imaginary Birthday Party

Since this is my imaginary Birthday Party,

I have blonde hair and its long.

Oh, and look,

I'm skinny too...

Since I am always undecided on what to wear.

I will wear two dresses.

This one will be for the beginning of the party 

and

this one to dance in...

I will probably ditch the red shoes and leave the boots on...

Of course,

there will be lots of white decor

and a

cake buffet...

I love cake...

Drinks would be served in JUGS...

no little mason jars at this party.

The peanut butter balls are new this year.

A little time consuming, but so worth it.

I found the recipe here.

I cut the recipe in half and I am so glad I did.

Can you imagine doing three more trays of those little suckers?

Just thought I would throw in some very unprofessional pictures

I scour the internet looking for pics for the blog.

one...I own a point and shoot and that's about all I know about taking pictures.

two-anything on a camera besides where you click to take the picture 

scares the h*** out of me.

is the random groceries my Dad dropped off this week.

So was the bread.

I have yet to eat the ONE avocado or the

A Mad Men Christmas

I was too late to the party.

The Mad Men Collection sold out at

Banana Republic.

This collection,

almost,

makes me want to get an office job

go to some really fun parties.

Finding the perfect gift for my hubby is never easy.

I love Christmas morning.

Lounging around in pajamas all day,

eating the french toast that you made the night before

to stick in the oven in the morning, 

so that you could enjoy the morning with your family.

Picking up all the trash from the opened gifts,

kids yelling at each other,

wondering where all this new stuff is going to go,

looking at the dried up Christmas tree and

thinking, 

more like panicking,

that tree is out of here, TODAY...

So much for loving Christmas morning.

But I do love the pajamas above.
