is that you hopefully get to be a grandmother

By the Grace of God

I get to experience this wonderful Joy

and

at Christmas time it's magical

Who knew that being a Mom and a Grandmother

would be the best job in the world...

If I was going out for my birthday,

and I could actually find all of these items,

this is the outfit , I would wear

but,

sadly, I am not going out...

I am babysitting the monkey's for my daughter and son in law,

so they can go out...

the things you do once you become a grandmother.

(Ali and I had fun putting this outfit together on polyvore. Of course,

she signed me up and unless she is around, I don't think I will be able to

manage it without her.  Her being computer savvy and all.  I'm like,

how did you do that?  Show me again...basically, driving her crazy)

This is the perfect summer outfit

I love skirts,

anything past my knees , makes me look frumpy

one of my weaknesses when I shop at thrift stores, are skirts

I have a closet full of skirts

I can't help it

I usually send them to a seamstress to be hemmed

Is it just me

growing out of her head?

This was taken way back in May

before another tragedy happened

We lost our favorite Aunt

a Mother almost to most of us

she had moved out to our little piece of the world

to be closer to her sister

they did everything together

almost to the point of driving my Dad crazy

my poor Mother

her world has been rocked

our world's have been rocked

life is too short

losing your dad

some days I have perpetual tears streaming out of my eyes

like a crying doll

He lived 84 good years on this earth

and it seems too short

I want him back

how selfish of me

I will miss the hanging groceries at my front door

and so much more

I have so many questions

about life after death

I thought there would be time to say goodbye

but there wasn't

he went peacefully

I heard this song the other day

and it helped with the noise that is inside my head
