I love the pink bag, red shoes and girly hat.

I think the designers in the 40's and 50's had it right.

Pretty and feminine.

Heading off to the north to play Cowgirl. 

Where I will be wearing my favorite outfit and shoes.

Jeans, western shirt and boots.

Geting Old

Rushing out the door this morning,

I grabbed a pair of flip flops out of my closet.

After taking my daughter to school,

I got out of my car and when I looked down,

this is what I saw.

I just started laughing.

Its gonna be a great day!

Cookies for Teacher Appreciation Week.

I used the red ribbon, thinking it resembled school.

Its looking more like something for Christmas.

Oh well,

Its the thought that counts.

Left over cookies for my Hubby.

He was sooooo happy when he saw these.

I love to save the tops of the beets and carrots and  make arrangements.

They are so pretty.

Saturday Morning

I know better than to fantasize about gardening...

Gardening is a lot of work!!!!!!!!!!

I have spent all morning cleaning beets and swiss chard and then cooking them.


Remember this is Saturday morning,
 where people, normal people,
 not people like my sweet husband,
 SLEEP IN.
