It's party season.

and as usual,

I procrastinated in purchasing clothing for the Holiday season.

This weekend found me searching the internet

for 

Christmas attire.

Crossing my fingers it all gets here in time.

I thought the bow tie on the pup was

adorable.

I love the pink bag, red shoes and girly hat.

I think the designers in the 40's and 50's had it right.

Pretty and feminine.

Heading off to the north to play Cowgirl. 

Where I will be wearing my favorite outfit and shoes.

Jeans, western shirt and boots.

I am always last minute when it comes to picking out 

something special to wear.

school dresses

My youngest started High School today.
and no she did not wear one of these cute school dresses.

She wore jean shorts and a really cute top.

For 8 years, she wore a school uniform.

I was a little sad not seeing her start school in her uniform.

But we all have to grow up sometime. Cut the cord, as they say, for me

as well as her.
