i LOVE RED, WHITE AND BLUE...

if I didn't live in 120 degree weather,

I would definitely celebrate this Holiday with a parade...

Of course,

I would be in charge of the parade, 

Lots of FLAGS would be a must, their would

definitely be an UNCLE SAM

LOTS OF RED WHITE AND BLUE CANDY FOR THE LITTLE ONES...
and PATRIOTIC MUSIC WOULD BE PLAYING...

and my parade would be at night...

and everyone watching the parade would have

SPARKLERS...

and I would be wearing the above CUTE DRESS with a FLAG PIN...

and wearing RED CONVERSE would be a must...

I LOVE CONVERSE...

and before the parade,

there would be lots of SWIMMING...

and this would be my BATHING SUIT...

i LOVE the WATER...

Wallpaper Love...

After growing up in the era of the 60s, 70s,  and 80s, when 

everyone was plastering their walls with wallpaper,

I swore I would never put that stuff on my walls.

That was before I saw these rooms.

I love the above walls with their whimsical wallpaper.

And I am really liking this pink and white wall for

my bedroom and bathroom.

I am so all over the place with styles.

But I love this...

There's a Mouse in My Kitchen

And I think I caught it!

Ali tasting the ganache for the pistachio cupcakes that 

are baking in the oven.

A trip to the Ocean...

I love this picture my husband took of the garden.

I love all the colors that he captured in the Mission's garden.

This Mission was amazing.

The Mass was beautiful.

If you get  a chance to go to San Luis Obispo,

don't miss seeing this Mission.

And definitely,

go to Mass.

You don't want to miss it.

We just happened to be there the day they were celebrating 

a Saint from Portugal.

The parade was straight out of the movie "The Godfather".

The men dressed in black suits carrying the statue of Mary.

The woman, girls and children all dressed up in 

elaborate gowns.

I am so glad I was there to see it.

The buildings were built in 1793.

The roses in the garden were amazing.

Morro Bay,

where we ate some great fish outside, overlooking the Bay.

The temperature was 62 degrees.

Burrrrr.
